We’re hiring a customer support agent to assist users across our AI DeFi ecosystem. You’ll be the first point of contact, helping users troubleshoot issues, navigate the platform, and stay informed about features and policies.

This role is ideal for someone with patience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to clear, user-friendly support in a fast-moving crypto environment.

Resposibilities.

Your work will be focused on direct communication with users, solving problems efficiently, and keeping the team updated with insights from support interactions.

  • Respond to user inquiries via chat and email in a timely manner
  • Document recurring issues and flag product gaps
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain support documentation and FAQs
  • Track user sentiment and report on trends

Requirements.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping people and can adapt quickly to product changes.

  • Basic understanding of crypto and wallets
  • Prior experience in a support role is preferred
